To ensure a clean and safe environment, we spray our tools and shoes with a dog-friendly disinfectant between each service. Additionally, after we finish, we always close the gate securely and snap a photo to send to you, so you have peace of mind knowing your property and your pup are safe.

We bag up the dog waste securely and dispose of it directly in your trash can, ensuring it’s handled cleanly and efficiently. We can also haul it away for an additional $5 per service. For initial cleanups, since there’s often a larger amount of waste, we can haul it away for you so the bags don’t take up all the space in your trash can. Once we transition to regular scheduled service, we’ll start using your trash can for disposal.

Yes!  we can scoop with your dog in the yard! If your dog is friendly, we’d love to see them—it’s honestly one of the best parts of the job. However, if your pup is a proud guard dog, we kindly ask that you keep them inside while we work to ensure everyone stays safe.

No, you don’t need to be home for the service. However, for the first cleaning, we’d love to meet you if possible to discuss your yard and ensure we tailor our service to your needs!

All invoicing is handled through our secure client portal, where we accept debit and credit card payments. If you sign up for weekly poop scooping services after the initial cleaning, you’ll be pre-billed on the start date and then billed on the same calendar day each month. For all recurring/weekly services, we require a debit or credit card on file for secure, automatic monthly billing.

We schedule clean-ups on the same day each week based on your area. This allows us to keep our routes efficient and costs low, think of it similar to your regular trash pickup schedule.

Residential customers do not need to sign a contract, and you can cancel your service at any time. However, if you choose to resume poop scooping services after 2 or more weeks without a cleaning, the initial $75 cleaning fee will apply before weekly services can resume.

Our team is prepared to work in most weather conditions, but for severe weather like extreme heat (105degrees+), heavy flooding, or lightning storms, we may need to adjust. If this happens, we’ll either reschedule your service within the week or skip it and handle double the cleanup on your next service day. You’ll always be notified by email or text if your service is affected. Severe weather isn’t common in the Central Valley, so these situations are rare!

Absolutely! Whether it’s for a backyard gathering or prepping your home for sale, we’re happy to help. One-time clean-ups start at $90, with the final cost depending on the amount of waste in the yard. For long-term convenience and a consistently poop-free yard, we recommend signing up for our weekly scooping services!
